UTENSILS: Peeler and slicer (not necessary) Blender Dehydrator (Oven)

INGREDIENTS: Apples Pecans Coconut oil Cinnamon Sweetener (Honey, Agave, Maple syrup) Water

METHOD: Peel apples and slice very thinly.   In a large bowl lay out a thin layer of apple slices.   Cover this layer with Coconut oil, Sweetener and Cinnamon.   Place another layer of apple slices on top and cover again with Coconut oil, Sweetener and Cinnamon.     Repeat this step again.    Place in a dehydrator (or oven if you don’t have a dehydrator) for 15 minutes while you make the filling.

Filling: Put 1 cup of pecans, Sweetener, Coconut oil and water(not too much unless it gets to dry) into a blender. Now stuff the apple slices with your filling, take one apple slice and put filling in the middle then place another apple slice on top and press it down slightly. You can add more cinnamon on top if you like. Then place back in the dehydrator for around two hours depending on how soft or crispy you like.  (when  using a cooker the timings will be at least half depending on the heat setting. Preferably you want it as low as possible to keep it as raw as possible.)

A very easy and simple recipe! That tastes amazing and is so good for you. Even if your not keen on a cinnamon flavour you  will love it just use less cinnamon.
